Via San Giorgio

A quieter variation from Novate Mezzola that reaches the small hamlet of San Giorgio before rejoining the main mule track towards Codera. The route is rewarding for hikers who want a more gradual pace and additional scenic viewpoints, but it adds distance compared to the direct ascent.
